Accommodation will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited accommodation is available in the University Guest House, Hostels and Nearby Hotels. Participants requiring accommodation are requested to indicate their preference in the registration form.
Accommodation Policy
- Rooms are allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Payment of fees does not guarantee an allocation until confirmed by the committee.
- Check-in and Check-out timings are per standard hotel/guest house policies (typically 12:00 PM).
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior for a partial refund.
